Do you come out to Brentwood, or is it extra?

We come out, and it's not extra. Brentwood is in Williamson County, one of the two counties we built the business around, so it's inside our regular service area at the same prices as Nashville - visits from $59, flat prices on anything bigger, no travel fee.

Our house is big and the Wi-Fi drops upstairs and out back. Can you fix that before adding cameras?

Yes, and we'd do it in that order. Cameras, locks and sensors are only as reliable as the network under them, so in a larger house we set up proper mesh coverage first - the bonus room, the back patio, the garage - then add the devices that depend on it.

We live in a gated neighborhood. Do we still need a smart lock and cameras?

The gate keeps out traffic, not package thieves or a door left unlocked. Most of what we set up in gated communities is convenience: separate door codes for the cleaner, the dog walker and family, a doorbell you can answer from anywhere, and a lock check at night so nobody has to walk the house.

We bought a house that came with smart devices from the last owner. Can you take them over?

Yes. We reset the locks, cameras, thermostats and hub so the previous owner no longer has access, move everything onto your accounts, and show you how it works. It's usually a single visit.

Can you work within our HOA's rules?

Yes. Cameras and doorbells get mounted where they're allowed, and we don't make exterior changes that would need architectural approval. If your HOA has rules on camera placement or doorbell style, tell us and we work within them.

We already have an alarm company. Can you work with that?

Usually, yes. We look at the panel and any monitoring contract first, so you know what you're committed to before anything changes. Then we either connect the system to everything else or leave it alone and build around it. Alarm-permit work is done by our licensed partners and quoted separately.
