When you fill out our quote form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and project description you give us. If you call, text, or email us, we have whatever you send in that message.
We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data through Google Analytics and Google Ads - pages visited, how you found us, general location, device type. This is standard website analytics and uses cookies.
Why we collect it
Contact details are used for one thing: responding to your request and doing the work you hire us for. Analytics data helps us understand which of our services people are looking for and whether our advertising is working.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so, and we do not share your details with other contractors or lead-generation companies.
Who else touches your data
Our website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify. Analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We use no other third parties.
Cookies and opting out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com. The site works fine either way.
Your information, your call
Ask us at any time what we have on file, and we'll tell you. Ask us to delete it, and we will - unless we're required to keep records for a job we've already done for you.
Children
Our services are sold to adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
